General data protection policy
G. Salerno & Associés SA, comptabilité, fiscalité, family office (hereinafter “GSASS”) attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. Our company complies with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the legislation applicable in Switzerland (nLPD).
The purpose of this Data Protection Charter is to describe how the personal data that GSASS collects or holds on Data Subjects is used and to whom this Data may be disclosed.
GSASS undertakes to:
- use the Data only for the purposes indicated ;
- collect only such Data as is necessary for such purposes;
- not to keep the Data longer than necessary for these purposes;
- to communicate the Data only to authorised bodies or persons who need it for the purposes of its activities;
- to inform Data Subjects in a clear and transparent manner about GSASS’s use of the Data and about their rights.
